The Superior Queen or Twin Beds with Garden View offered a nice retreat with a lovely ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The room came with an excellent view of the garden, adding a touch of nature to the stay.

Wi-Fi exhibited frequent issues, particularly during peak times, making it difficult to conduct work tasks like conference calls. shower drainage was poor, leading to a less than desirable experience with standing water after showers—definitely not the best way to unwind after a day.

The entertainment options were enjoyable, especially the

live performances in the evenings, though the overall variety could be a bit more engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere, but it could benefit from more interactive activities during the day to keep guests entertained.

We had a mighty time, especially with the fantastic beach access for snorkeling. The food at the Mashawi restaurant was delicious, but the pool bar service could be a wee bit quicker. a grand experience we won't forget!

During our stay, we were marveled by the vast pools that seemed to stretch endlessly, offering both relaxation and seclusion. The culinary offerings were top-notch, particularly at the Mashawi restaurant, where fresh seafood delighted our palates. Each morning began with the aroma of freshly baked bread, and the impeccable housekeeping made our room feel like a serene sanctuary.

While the overall experience was wonderful, we did find the beach directly in front of the pool unsuitable for swimming due to its rocky nature. the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable, which made staying connected challenging at times.

The beach was a proper jol, so beautiful for snorkeling! Saw loads of fish and coral. The staff were super friendly, really made us feel at home. the Italian restaurant had some delicious food, that beef carpaccio was to die for!

The spa was a bit all over the place, not really relaxing with so many people crammed in.

The stay featured exceptional pools, offering both privacy and beauty, while the spacious room boasted stunning views. Dining was a highlight, with an array of fresh, seasonal dishes and excellent quality, particularly at the Mashawi Restaurant. the pool bar service was noticeably slow, which led to longer waits than expected. the cleanliness of certain amenities could improve, as it wasn't always at the highest standard. All in all, a fantastic experience with a few areas to enhance.
